To acknowledge the many sacrifices that our men and women in uniform make to keep our country safe and to protect our freedoms, it is our honor to provide a FREE Adjustment on Monday, 11/11/19 for any of our current patients who have served or are currently serving in any of the branches of the armed services.  Thank you for your service, Dr. Jay and the Back To Health Team
