First Visit
Welcome. We're glad you're here.
Getting started at Bright Light Chiropractic is simple. No insurance paperwork, no long intake forms, and no walk-ins to worry about competing with. Just three short steps and you're on the schedule.
New patients are seen Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday only. We're an appointment-only office, so give us a call at (603) 434-3456 to get your visit on the calendar before you start the steps below.
One quick note before you begin: because we don't bill insurance, we're also not able to see patients for injuries tied to workers' compensation, auto accident claims, or attorney-related cases. This is exactly why we can keep our fees so low. No insurance company standing between you and your care.
Your 3 Steps to Getting Started
Step 1: Call to schedule.
Call (603) 434-3456 and speak with our Chiropractic Assistant. We'll get you on the calendar and send you the link to complete your new patient paperwork electronically, or you can download and print it yourself below.
Step 2: Watch your orientation video. This part is mandatory.
Every new patient watches a short 10 minute video before their first visit. It's the one piece of the process we ask everyone to complete, no exceptions. While you watch, answer the quiz questions found on page 4 of the New Patient Paperwork.
Step 3: Choose your visit fee.
Watch just the mandatory video and your first visit fee is $120. Watch the mandatory video plus the optional video below, and complete that second quiz too, and your first visit fee drops to $99. Either way, your first visit includes a consultation, exam, paraspinal thermal scan, posture analysis, and in most cases, your first adjustment.
Mandatory Video, Required for All New Patients:
Fee if you stop here: $120
Fill out your paperwork with the link we will send you when you call to schedule or
Download your New Patient Paperwork which includes the required quiz on page 4:
Watching this video is required for every new patient. It walks you through exactly what to expect and why we practice the way we do. If that's not for you, we understand, and we hope you find a great chiropractor who's the right fit.
Optional Video, Watch This One to Save $21
This one runs about 40 minutes, and we won't pretend otherwise. But almost every patient who watches it tells us the same thing afterward: it didn't feel like 40 minutes. It's where we go deep on the questions the first video doesn't have time for, what chiropractic really is, how we practice, and why we do it the way we do. If you're the kind of person who likes to understand the full picture before you walk in the door, this is for you. And yes, watching it also drops your first visit fee to $99.

Please Note- We Are No Longer A Walk-In Office.
Fee if you watch both videos: $99
Download the PDF labeled Orientation Quiz to complete while you watch and bring it with you to your First Visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really have to watch the mandatory video?
Yes. It's a required step for every new patient, no exceptions. It's only 10 minutes, and it makes sure you walk in already understanding what we do and why. If that's not something you're willing to do, we understand, and we hope you find a great chiropractor who's the right fit for you.
Is the second video really worth 40 minutes?
We think so, and so do the patients who watch it. It's the deepest look at our philosophy and approach available anywhere on this site. Most people tell us it flew by. It's also the only way to unlock the $99 first visit fee.
What if I can't make it Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday?
Those are the only days we see new patients, so give our office a call at (603) 434-3456 and we'll find a time that works within that window.
Can I just walk in?
No. We're an appointment-only office. Call ahead and we'll get you scheduled.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We don't bill any insurance companies, which is exactly how we're able to keep our fees so low. We're also not able to see patients for injuries tied to workers' compensation, auto accident claims, or attorney-related cases.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your completed New Patient Paperwork and your orientation quiz, or quizzes if you watched both videos. That's it. No lengthy medical history forms to fill out in the waiting room.
What happens at my first visit?
In most cases you'll receive a consultation, exam, paraspinal thermal scan, posture analysis, and your first adjustment, all in the same visit.
A Few Things to Know
We're appointment-only, so please don't plan on walking in. New patients are seen Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you have any questions at all before your visit, just call us at (603) 434-3456. We'd rather answer them now than have you show up unsure of what's next.
We can't wait to meet you.
