May I ask a favor of you? If you haven't written a Google review for our office yet, would you take a moment to click the link and give us a review? Our best new patients come from referrals and many of those referrals come in the form of a review that someone read on Google. I want to thank you in advance for taking the time to give us a 5 star review so that we can serve more people in our community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Dr. Jay

As announced last month, our fees will be updated this month. Although all memberships will be changing to a 4x per month plan on May 1st instead of being unlimited, anyone on a current membership will have their price per month grandfathered in until the one year anniversary of their membership agreement as a thank you for trusting our office to provide Chiropractic care for your family. Also, be sure to take advantage of our new cash discount which is our way of bringing awareness to the dangers of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in honor of the Live Free or Die spirit in our state.

Stressed?

As a Chiropractor, I've seen many people in recent weeks who are going through extremely stressful situations and times in their lives. I want you to know that I see you, and I understand how challenging these situations can be and that you're being prayed for. Whether it's work, an injury, family, or personal issues, stress can take a toll on both our physical and mental health. When stress negatively affects our physical and mental health, it also negatively affects those around us. That's why I want to remind you that chiropractic care can be an incredibly effective tool for reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. By correcting misalignments in the spine, chiropractic adjustments help restore balance to the nervous system and improve the body's ability to handle stress. But it's not just the adjustments that can help - we've noticed that when people come to our office, as they cross our threshold, even before their adjustment, they appear less stressed because of the healing environment we've created and the Agape Love of God that exists within the walls of our practice. We believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms, and that includes creating a welcoming, supportive environment where our patients can feel cared for and uplifted. So if you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, please know that we're here for you, and we would be honored to help you find relief and renewed vitality through chiropractic care.

Have you heard about the Webster Technique? It was taught to me in Atlanta by my friend and inventor of the technique, Larry Webster. He was a kind and loving man that was passionate about Chiropractic and its role in helping pregnant women and maintaining the health of children. The Webster Technique aligns the pelvis and provides more room for the baby to move in the womb which is why it's hailed as the 'breech turning technique'.

OK, I tried to keep this month's newsletter a little lighter with more pictures and less long articles to read. Email back to let me know how you like this format. And now a prayer for our month ahead.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to you today with grateful hearts, thanking you for the gift of life and the opportunity to serve others through chiropractic care. As we enter the month of May, we ask for your divine guidance and blessing for all those who will come through our doors seeking healing and support.

We pray for those who are struggling with physical or emotional pain and discomfort, that they may find relief and restoration through chiropractic adjustments so they can live life more optimally. We also pray for those who are enduring mental and emotional challenges, that they may find comfort and peace in your loving presence. May they find comfort in knowing that you are with them, guiding them every step of the way.

Lord, we ask that you would use our hands as instruments of your healing and love, that each adjustment we make may bring your Bright Light and grace into the lives of our patients.

Finally, we pray that you would lift the spirits of all those who walk through our doors. We ask that you would fill them with renewed hope, strength, encouragement, and a sense of your divine love and care so that they would have the courage to face whatever challenges may come their way. May they leave our practice feeling renewed, refreshed, and strengthened for the journey ahead.

We offer this prayer in the name of your Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

In Health and Faith,

Dr. Jay, Kim, Nastassja, Kaitlin and Lori
