Hours: We will be CLOSED For vacation from June 1st- June 12th We will be CLOSED July 4th So, I published a few new books! The first one is a Historical Christian Fiction book called The Merchant and The Master. This is the first fictional book that I've ever written. It's a Novella, which is a short novel of under 200 pages. I think that both my Christian friends will enjoy it as well as those who are wondering who Yeshua (Jesus) is. You'll get to see the gospels play out through the eyes of a once wealthy merchant named Mashkif (whose name means 'observer' in Hebrew). My friend Christina Riley did an AWESOME job editing the book for me! I'd like to give a shout out to Christina as she begins a new career as an editor and I'd like to endorse her work! This book would not have come out as wonderfully if it were not for her. Check out her new business at WWW.WrylyEdits.com and consider using her services to help create your next literary masterpiece.

That book is called The Universal Adjustment. I suppose that for kicks and giggles you can check out the sample by clicking on the book title if you're super bored and curious... :) Yes, The Vibroacoustic Chair is AWESOME! I've used the Vibroacoustic chair nearly every day that I've been in the office since I built it. Many people have taken me up on my offer to try it for the first time at no charge and several of those folks have returned and used it weekly as a way to relax and experience the many benefits of sound and music therapy. If you haven't tried the chair, you can now BOOK ONLINE within our regular online scheduling program at https://brightlightnh.janeapp.com/. Just choose the 25 minute Vibroacoustic Therapy Chair option. The First Time You Use The Chair is FREE. OR.. Build one yourself! I made a video to explain how they're made with a step by step process and a parts list... A Lesson I Didn't Expect to Learn in New Jersey I recently attended a chiropractic conference in New Jersey, expecting to dive deep into a new technique using Arthrostims on the wall - adjusting patients necks while they’re seated on the adjusting table in a gravity-assisted position. And yes, I did learn the Jackson technique and it was impressive. But what truly impacted me wasn’t in the scheduled sessions. It was in the unexpected conversations and moments of connection, especially the time I spent with one of the most respected Upper Cervical Chiropractors of our time. We talked technique, philosophy, intention - and I walked away with a refined understanding of the Toggle Recoil adjustment for C1 that I believe will make your care here even more powerful and precise. But it wasn’t just the professional knowledge that left a mark. The real impact came from the stories shared on stage. One speaker shared how she overcame stage 4 colon cancer. Another told the heartbreaking story of losing her husband, also a Chiropractor, suddenly at age 50. He was the picture of health, never took medication, stayed active, had a young family, and yet he was gone in an instant. Another speaker scrapped his entire presentation to talk about the recent death of his mentor, a man who had been a guiding light in his life and practice. These weren’t just stories, they were wake-up calls. Reminders that life is short, fragile, and unpredictable. What I came away with was this: We can’t wait for “someday” to start living. We can’t hold off on saying “I love you,” or wait for the holidays to express how much someone means to us. We have to cherish each moment, be fully present, and live each day with intention. As your Chiropractor, I’m reminded that while no adjustment, pill, potion, lotion, exercise, or diet can guarantee a longer life, Chiropractic can absolutely add life to your years. It helps you function, adapt, and thrive. And as long as I’m in practice, that’s exactly what I’ll continue helping you do. And Now, MORE Something Funny... (YES, I know that this is the only part you read...) |
And Now A prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of another month, another day, and another breath. As we step into June, I lift up every person who walks through the doors of this office. You know their hearts, their hurts, and their hopes. I pray that You cover them with peace, surround them with protection, and bless their bodies with healing and strength. May every adjustment they receive be more than a physical correction, may it be a spiritual reminder that You are always restoring what’s been out of balance. Help them to move through this month with joy in their steps, clarity in their thoughts, and courage in their hearts. Let June be a time of new beginnings, deeper faith, and present-time consciousness. And may each of them know how deeply loved they are, by You, and yes, by me too. In Jesus’ name I pray,Amen. In Health and Faith, Dr. Jay, Kim, Kerrie and Tammie |
